Here are some pictures from my 2000, 2001 and now 2002 season carp trips. I had two targets last year and managed to do both of them by May, one being to catch the Convict the largest fish in a 25 acre local lake. The other being to catch a twenty pounder out of Burnhole.

After nine blanks on the run I was rewarded with the biggest fish in the lake and a new English P.B. of 34 pounds and 2 ounces

Well chuffed my first English thirty

Here is my largest carp caught from France this year being 2002. It was caught from a lake in Vert le petit in the Essonne valley, and took a liking to a Atomic spice pop up (Tails Up) fished at around 120 yards. The weight being 27lb 6 oz.

Below are a couple of pictures of my recent captures of the start of 2002 both being leather carp weighing in at 24lb 4 oz and 27lb 4 oz

Here is My bigest carp to date, a 35lb 10oz mirror carp,caught in France in 2001 while on a family holiday
I had only just got back from Euro Disney two hours before i caught this fish.

Below is a 22lb carp caught from Wyre lake at Wyreside fisheries

A fish that gave me great pleasure after years of chasing 29lb 12oz (the convict) not massive to some but big enough for me

This was my last fish of 2000 a 23.8 from the rez a pretty fish before work one friday morning.

This was a special fish for me last year my first 20 out of this lake (burnhole) and the biggest one in there 23lb 8oz
